We were considering selling our home and asked an agent to come in to give us an idea as to what price to list it at and how long she thought it would take to sell. Although our home is only 8 years old when we went through it with the agent and looked at it objectively we could see it looked dated and boring. Linda helped us change all of that. We repainted all of our rooms, added new window treatments, changed the kitchen counter to granite, installed a new railing, re finished the hardwood floors, and added new furniture and appliances. Linda not only helped us with color choice and insuring that everything flowed together she also sourced all of the contractors to do this work and helped us organize their work schedule. She was also very helpful with negotiating prices with suppliers and insuring that what we ordered was what we received. We consulted with Linda several times in the last 3 years. Our first home was dated and needed a lot of work. We didn’t know where to start so we contacted Linda for a private consultation. Just a note to express our appreciation for the wonderful job you did staging our model home. For many years we have been showing empty model homes, where people could see the quality and technology we produce. When you staged our house, the results were breathtaking.
